Identified - We experienced a degradation in upstream infrastructure causing Classworks to be unaccessible for some customers. We have identified the problem and are working to correct it now

Monitoring - We confirmed that the login functionality is restored after we switched 3rd party key store providers. For those reporting an outage, we will be contacting you shortly to confirm your status. We are still actively monitoring the service.

Update - We are still investigating the intermittent forced log outs. We suspect a fault with a 3rd party provider and are continuing to investigate. We are updating to another provider during the maintenance window tonight.
